Looking for a tennis product ?

1. Click yourself through the product categories

• On the left side of our homepage you will find several different product categories.

• If you click on one of them more specific product categories will appear. These categories will lead you directly to your desired product.

• Within the product category you can always see where you are. The product category is highlighted in green letters (see example below)

Example

• Here you are in the product category for “Apparel men“ and you are looking for “Nike“ clothing.

2. Search through keywords

• Below the product categories you will find a search box.

• You just have to type in what you are looking for and press return or the “search button“.

• Afterwards you see a list of products you were looking for.

Example

• In this example we typed in the words “nike“ and “apparel“. After clicking on search, we get a list of Nike tennis clothing that you can buy in our online shop.

To order a tennis product

You just have to go through some simple steps to order a product at www.TennisPlanet.eu

Step 1:

• After you have found your favorite tennis product click on the “Add to cart button“.

Step 2:

• If you would like to buy some more products, you have to click on the “Continue shopping button“ (see below).  

• After adding all desired products to your shipping cart, you click on “Checkout“ (see below) and register yourself afterwards.

Step 3:

• In the next step please choose your payment method by making sure you click in the circle next to your required payment method and click on the button “payment details“.

Step 4:

• Please check the order overview to make sure that everything is fine.

• If there is anything you want to change, you can do it now. 

• If everything is correct, click on the “Submit order button“

Step 5:

• If you have chosen an online payment method, you can make your secure online transaction. Afterwards you will receive an order cornfirmation by e-mail.

• If you selected a non online payment method, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Getting a discount for large volumes

• If you are a client who would like to place an unusually large order that you feel is not covered in the scope of our website and would like to see if discount is available, please write a short e-mail to info.int@TennisPlanet.com. 

• Please insert the article number (e.g. TVT870) and the number of products you need in your e-mail.

• You will receive a quotation from us as soon as possible.

Stringer service

• If you buy a new tennis racket, TennisPlanet gives you the possibility to string your new racket with your favorite tennis string.
• If you do not know the best stringing tension for your tennis strings please click here. In general we advice you to use the average stringing tension of 26 kg.
• If you decide to string your racket through TennisPlanet, we garantee you will get the highest stringing quality available. All our stringers have worked for TennisPlanet for many years. Furthermore your racket will be strung on our best stringing machine, the StringUltra 800 . 

Important

If you order a racket with our stringing service, it takes us one day to string your racket, so please add one or maximum two days to our usual delivery time.

No demo rackets

• Please note that we do not send any demo rackets to customers anymore. Due to structural changes we stopped with this service in Year 2009. We hope it does not cause you any inconveniences.
