How am I able to return a product?

  • To send a product back to us, please use our return papers. You will get them from our client service. Please click here to write an e-mail to our client service.
  • You are allowed to send the products back within 14 days after receiving our them. Please be aware that we will only accept returns for goods 
  • have all required documentation requested in return process
  • are in their original package with all labels attached
  • are not damaged and
  • are well packed.

 

 

What do I do, if I received a damaged article?

  • If you receive a damaged article, please inform us about it as soon as possible.
  • We will contact the supplier to figure out if it is a warranty case. After we get an answer from our supplier we will inform you on an ASAP basis. 

     

 

What shall I do if I receive the wrong product?

  • If you receive any wrong product, please inform our client service by e-mail info.int@TennisPlanet.com, so that we can send the correct replacement as soon as possible .

 

 

What do I have to pay for a return?

  • If you are a consumer you have to pay € 12.50 for a return.
