Prices
Prices to consumers include VAT at the appropriate rate. Carriage will be charged at the calculated rate described at time of order placement. All prices are in euro.


Defective Goods
If any item that TennisPlanet supply is faulty due to a manufacturing defect we will provide you with a refund , replacement or repair the item. Please ensure that you inform us by e-mail of any damage to goods at the time of receiving them to avoid any possible delays in receiving a replacement/refund.


Exchanges
Should you wish to return a non-faulty product for an exchange, the following applies: A refund will be given (minus postage and return costs) upon receipt of the goods. TennisPlanet will, however, refund the postage back to you if TennisPlanet have made an error, e.g. sent out the incorrect size .You must take reasonable care of the goods and we will deem that you have not taken reasonable care of the goods if you have used them to an extent beyond that would be reasonable in checking the goods before purchase. The goods must be returned to us within 10 days, with the original packaging.


Newsletter
When you have finished your order at TennisPlanet, you will receive the TennisPlanet newsletter with special discounts, trends and actions.These special offers will be unique to the newsletter.
However, you can contact webmaster@tennisplanet.com if you don't want to receive the TennisPlanet newsletter.


Returns
You can return the ordered goods within 10 days after receipt on condition that you return the goods undamaged, well packed in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Please follow the procedure below:

 

    • Contact us by e-mail and request a RA number (Return Authorization)
    • Customer service will analyze the return reason, judge whether a return shipment is justified and, if it is, send a UPS return label by email
    • This UPS label contains all instructions:
      • Just attach the label to the parcel and
      • Contact UPS (phone number is indicated on the label) for pickup at any daytime address
    • Any returns without RA number will be rejected by TennisPlanet.

      To make sure the procedure for the RA number request can be handled problem free please have following information at hand:

      Invoice number (without the invoice number requests for an RA number can not be processed)

      • Pick-up address
      • Email address
      • After receipt of your returned goods, you will receive the amount of the returned articles minus the cost of the return. The return service costs is € 20,00.


        Unacceptable Returns
        If you return an item to us outside of the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply , we may take the decision not to refund you. The item may be returned to you at your expense and you will be notified of this and any other charges incurred. If you choose to send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. This will not constitute any admission that TennisPlanet failed to honour in full its obligations to you and will not constitute any unlawful action against the good.
        Customized or personised items eg strung rackets on demand ,printed clothes or balls are not acceptable returns.

Handling cost
For very small orders under 40 euro, you pay a supplement of 5,00 euro for handling. You pay no handling costs when your order exceeds

Shipping Costs
The standard delivery time for in stock orders are 48/72 hours from order placement.

Free Shipping
Consumers get a free shipment for orders above €75. Default shipping costs for consumers are €9,95 for orders on www.TennisPlanet.eu. All other client groups always get charged for shipping costs.

These delivery charges are applicable for the following countries (Hungary, Greece, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland). Please not although we use UPS, we can't guarantee delivery during a specified time slot during the day.
