How can I create an account?
To order something at TennisPlanet, you must register yourself. To do this, please go to the link “

“ on the right side of the website. If you click on the link, you can enter your contact details to create your own account.
After you have registered yourself once, you are able to change your name, address, e-mail address, delivery or billing address, etc. completly on your own.
As soon as you are logged in you are also able to see an overview of all the products you bought at TennisPlanet. You just have to click on “order history“ to see the overview.
It could happen that you register yourself and you get the answer that your e-mail address is already registered. This means that you already have an account at TennisPlanet.
You can easily retrieve your login data for your old account. You just have to click on forgot your login data and enter your e mail address and we will re-send your login data.
I forgot my login data. What shall I do?
If you have forgotten your login name or your password, you can easily ask for them again.
