How can I create an account?

• To order something at TennisPlanet, you must register yourself. To do this, please go to the link “Register“ on the right side of the website. If you click on the link, you can enter your contact details to create your own account.

• After you have registered yourself once, you are able to change your name, address, e-mail address, delivery or billing address, etc. completly on your own.
• As soon as you are logged in you are also able to see an overview of all the products you bought at TennisPlanet. You just have to click on “order history“ to see the overview.
• It could happen that you register yourself and you get the answer that your e-mail address is already registered. This means that you already have an account at TennisPlanet.
• You can easily retrieve your login data for your old account. You just have to click on forgot your login data and enter your e mail address and we will re-send your login data.

I forgot my login data. What shall I do?

• If you have forgotten your login name or your password, you can easily ask for them again. 
• You just have to click here to get to the page where you can enter either your e-mail address or your login name of TennisPlanet.
• Afterwards we will send the login data to your e-mail address.

I get the message that my e-mail address & login name does not exist. What shall I do?

• If you get this message, it means that you have not registered yourself.
• Therefore you do not have an account at TennisPlanet.
• Please click on “register“ on the right side of our homepage to create your own account.

I get the message that my e-mail address & login name does not exist, but I am 100% sure that I already have one. Can you tell me what I shall do?

• Please check first of all if you have made any typing errors in your e-mail address or login name.
• If you are sure that you typed in everything correctly, please contact our IT specialist.

What shall I do, if I get the message that my password does not correspond with my login name?

• Please check that you have not made any typing mistakes.
• If this is not the case, click here to get to a page then request your password.

How can I figure out what are the correct sizes for me?
